Beacons, the sun, flashlights, lighting bugs, even “this little light of mine”… they all SHINE!
And you’ll do the same at the inaugural Northern Lights Region Assembly in 2020! Be there to watch faces and spirits light up with the purpose and joy that only Regional Assembly can create Mark your calendar to join the fellowship, business, worship, and R&R time happening May 22-24, 2020 at the Best Western Coeur d’Alene Inn.
As a first assembly of the Northern Lights Region we want to make the experience memorable!
We’re teamed up with the Best Western Coeur d’Alene Inn to offer a deeply discounted daily rate, available several days before and after the Assembly so that you may have more time to enjoy Coeur d’Alene. The planning team is also configuring the schedule to have a large block of unstructured time on Saturday afternoon.
While you’re waiting for registration to open, check out the hotel and its amenities at cdainn.com
506 W Appleway Avenue

Consider adding one of our group activities during the free time on Saturday afternoon to your trip. Sign up for an easy-going group hike in the area, a Lake Coeur d’Alene cruise, or a trip to the Tree to Tree Adventure Park. We’ll also have a mission-oriented interest group at the hotel for those who prefer to stay on site. Of course you’ll be welcome to spend that time swimming, enjoying a spa treatment, finding time to golf, or checking out the local shopping too. You name it, the time will be yours to enjoy with family and friends. As a destination, the Northern Lights Regional Assembly will make your 2020 Memorial Day holiday a memorable one!

Shine a light on the ways in which your congregation is bringing God’s love and light to the world around you. Each congregation of the Northern Lights Region is invited to bring examples of your mission projects and activities, which will be put on display. (Think: science fair style!) In addition, a slideshow presentation will be available for your viewing, featuring the mission work being done within and by the churches in our region.
Please contact Sylvia O’Neal, firstname.lastname@example.org, for more information on items for your mission display and space available.
Please contact Tamalyn Kralman, (360)734-6820 or email@example.com, to add your pictures to the slideshow.
We’re getting to know one another in these early days of a new region– what better way to really see one another than by sharing your gifts in a spectacular variety show?! Part of our All Assembly Banquet dinner on Saturday evening, you’re invited to bring your gifts to share with us and help us get to know you better. Ideas? We’re encouraging just about anything– it’s a variety show after all- voice/song, instrumental performances, acting skits, creative dance, comedy, we will only be limited by the space we’re in! We welcome creativity and groups!
Sign up when you register and our variety show coordinator will be in touch!
