For your planning purposes:
The church building will be open for display setup on May 1 starting at 1 pm. Check-in and the vendor exhibits area will open around 3 pm.
Individuals staffing vendor displays must register for the 2026 Regional Assembly. This will provide registrants lunch and dinner on Saturday, as well as helping to cover the cost of the assembly.
